We're proud to provide free, branded sports kits to teams aged 4 - 15, from tracksuits and hoodies to training gear, strips and much more. We want to support our local clubs and strengthen the communities they represent.

FAQs

Who is eligible to apply?

To be eligible to apply, your sports team must:

  • Be based in Scotland, England or Wales.
  • Have up to 30 members aged between 4 - 15.
  • Meet our eligibility criteria.

We've provided a list below of the kits we can offer for different sports - plus alternative options if your sport is not listed.

How many teams can be entered from one club?

You can only apply for one team per club; multiple applications will not be accepted.

Who can apply for the team?

Coaches, treasurers or secretaries can apply; we are unable to accept applications from parents. Please ensure only one person should apply per club. If your application is successful, the entrant must be the person to claim the kits on the online portal.

Who will create and supply the kits?

Our kit supplier is Millers, so they will process the kit orders for the Gear Up For Sport campaign. To find out more about Millers, visit millersbrands.co.uk

Can I choose the colour of my sports kit?

Yes! The kits will be Arnold Clark branded, but we’ll offer you a selection of colours to choose from.

Can I add my team logo to the kit?

Yes! You will be given the option to upload your team logo when ordering your kit. This will be added to the kit where appropriate. Please note: your team logo will need to be uploaded to our kit supplier as a JPEG or high-res PNG.

Will my kit be numbered?

Yes. Each strip will have a number on the back, if you do not want this please let Millers know in the note section of your order.

Please note, these cannot be individually selected by size and will be printed at random across the strips ordered.

Can I make a change to my order?

Once your order has been placed, no changes can be made. If you would like to order additional kits after your six-week claim window, then please contact gearupforsport@millersbrands.co.uk and they will be able to manually process your request.

Why can’t I log in to the Millers website?

There may be a few reasons why you can’t log in. First, our kit logins are only available for six weeks after they have been issued; all orders must be placed within that time. If this is not the issue, then please ensure that you are using the email address and password provided in your successful application email.

I ordered my kits and would like an order update on delivery?

Orders can take up to 16 weeks to arrive from the date of ordering. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from couriers with a dispatch notice.

Where can I find the terms and conditions?

You can read all the Gear Up For Sport terms and conditions here.

I have received my kits, but something is missing

We're really sorry to hear that you believe something is missing from the order. Our kit supplier has a stringent QA process so situations like this are highly unusual.

Please email gearupforsport@millersbrands.co.uk with your club name, order number and what is missing from your kit to allow the supplier to investigate.
